This series of paintings are part of my May 2022 circles around the sun collection.
This painting completed its cycle on the day of Junes strawberry super moon. It was only the day before that this coral peachy tone came to me, it took a quantum leap inside to brave these two new tones of saffron and coral, the layers of colourscapes and washes of horizontal emotions took me into memories of landscapes both seen from my time living in Italy and dreamed.
This piece is about that liminal space between the sun and moon.
